Refund policy

We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging — we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. For all other returns, please contact us at ktcupdesign@gmail.com with your order number; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We currently only ship within the United States, so returns are only accepted from US customers.
