Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only — we do not ship internationally. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that our glitter cups are handcrafted and require additional processing time to ensure all air bubbles are fully removed before sealing and shipping; please allow an extra 2–3 business days for these items. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location but generally take 3–7 business days via standard shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at ktcupdesign@gmail.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
